How Auto-orders work
Auto-orders are automatically renewed according to your renewal interval. If you selected Pickup in store you will receive an email when your items are ready to be picked up. If you selected Local Delivery you will be contacted to set up a time for delivery once your items are ready.
For Example, by starting a monthly Auto-order, the system will automatically charge your credit card each month and you will get notified that your products are ready for pickup or delivery, without the need to place the order by yourself!
Can I pause or cancel an Auto-order?
Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a Auto-order any time you want in the customer portal.
The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial Auto-order order in the shop. You can also access your Auto-order if you create an account in your shop.
How can I skip or reschedule an Auto-order?
You can skip or reschedule your Auto-order in the customer portal. Each scheduled order will have a Skip Auto-order button next to it, which you can use to skip the order. You can reschedule the order by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the order date.
Can I add products to my Auto-order?
Of course! You can add products to your Auto-order in the customer portal. Just click on the Edit button in the products card and edit, remove or add products to your Auto-order.
What happens if the payment can't be processed?
If we're unable to renew your Auto-order because of a payment issue you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.
